Director of Physical Therapy Training, LEND Program B.S., Physical Therapy, Northeastern University Ms. Osborne PT, MS, PCS is the Director of Physical Therapy Training in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities project of the Institute for Community Inclusion. Over many years of practice, Ms. Osborne has been involved in the assessment, treatment, and case management for children with chronic health and developmental issues. She has been involved in both disciplinary and interdisciplinary training activities. Her research has centered on motor issues for infants and children who are at risk for developmental disabilities and on the validity of motor assessment tools. Ms. Osborne is active in the Section on Pediatrics of the American Physical Therapy Association and currently serves on the higher education early intervention committee at the Bureau of Public Health.
